PLR and Master Resell Rights License Agreement
This PLR and Master Resell Rights License Agreement ("License") is entered into between Mums Digital Toolkit("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the digital content provided by the Licensor. By purchasing the digital content, the Licensee agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this License.
Grant of License:
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive and revocable license to:

Resell Content: The Licensee has the right to resell the digital content to third parties, either individually or as part of a larger bundle or package.

Edit Content: The Licensee may edit, modify, or customize the digital content to suit their branding or business needs before reselling.

Resell with Master Resell Rights: The Licensee may grant their customers the same rights they received, allowing them to resell the content to others.
Limitations:

Non-Exclusive: The Licensor retains the right to grant similar licenses to other Licensees.

No Redistribution of License: The Licensee may not sublicense, assign, share, or otherwise transfer this License to any other party. However, the Licensee is free to create their own license based on this one.
Licensee's Obligations:

Disclaimer: The Licensee acknowledges that the digital content is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the digital content.

Compliance: The Licensee agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the resale and distribution of the digital content.
Termination:

Breach of License: The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the digital content and destroy any copies in their possession.
Indemnification:
The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the Licensee's use, resale, or distribution of the digital content.
